Refund & Exchange Policy

At GentleYou, your comfort and perfect fit are our priority. We understand that choosing the right size online can sometimes be difficult, so we offer an easy exchange option to help you get the right fit.

Exchange Eligibility
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange is available only for a different size of the same product/design.
Exchange for a different product, design, colour, or style is not available.
Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size.
Product Condition

For hygiene reasons, the product must be:

Unused and unworn.
Unwashed and free from stains, marks, smell, or damage.
In its original packaging.
With all original tags attached.
In the same condition as received.

Products that are worn, washed, damaged, altered, or show any signs of use will not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process
Raise your request within 3 days of delivery.
Our team will review the request and verify eligibility.
Once approved, the exchange will be processed based on size availability.
The replacement will be shipped after the exchange is approved and processed.
Applicable courier and handling charges may apply.
Important Conditions
Exchanges are size-based only and must be for the same product/design.
Requests after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
Exchange approval is subject to product condition and inspection.
If the required size is unavailable, the exchange may not be possible.
Products purchased under special offers or promotional campaigns may be subject to additional terms mentioned at the time of purchase.

Our exchange facility is provided to assist with size-related fitting issues.
Once an order is delivered, customers must raise an eligible exchange request within the specified 3-day period.
