7-Day Return Window
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product (if applicable).
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong size
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or defective product
- Manufacturing defects
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after receiving your bank details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance (if applicable).
- Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our Return & Refund Policy.
