Step 1 — Under-bust
Using a soft tape, measure around the rib cage directly under the bust. Hold the tape edge to edge with no space between it and your body.
-
Step 2 — Over-bust
Measure right around the bust at its fullest point. Keep the tape snug at the back, but not tight across the front.
-
Step 3 — Read the chart
Match your under-bust to the band size, then your over-bust to the cup column.

Between two sizes? Go with the larger one — our fabric is a soft cotton blend with stretch, and a slightly roomier band stays comfortable all day. Measure over bare skin or light clothing, and keep the tape level all the way round. If the size you want is not on the chart, write to us and we will help you find your fit.
